Our own 1st floor tenants make a great cup of coffee (or latte, espresso, etc) as well as featuring a selection of pastries. And of course, Wi-Fi.

Closest coffee shop with wonderful owner and a very chill vibe. A few tables and some baked goods to complement the fine coffee.

This is my 2nd favorite coffee place in the neighborhood, though it'd be my first if it was as nearby as my 1st favorite. There's another Ost at 12th St and Ave A, my original favorite wifi cafe.
